First-Time Patients
If you are a first-time patient, PLEASE CALL us at 212-945-7300 to book your appointment.
First-time appointments consist of an initial Virtual Visit to conduct an interview, take a full medical history, and provide a consultation and treatment plan before the in-office visit for treatment. This reduces the time spent in-office on the date of the scheduled in-person appointment.
The initial Virtual Visit can last anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour, depending on each individual case. The following in-office visit for treatment lasts between an hour and hour-and-fifteen minutes, depending on treatments administered and subsequent after-care instructions.
If you have already called to make your first appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our patient portal. In the patient portal, you can update your personal information, medical history, and view and sign the appropriate documents. We kindly ask that you complete these before your initial appointment.
You will also receive an email with a link for the initial Virtual Visit. Prior to your scheduled meeting time, please sign in to the meeting room using the link provided, and your practitioner will meet you there at the appointed time.
Lastly, please feel free to send any relevant labs, imaging, or medical records you would like our practitioners to review for your visit.

Chinese Medicine Office Visit
Chinese Medicine Office Visits include a full medical history, consultation and treatment as prescribed by your attending practitioner. Treatment may include any or all of the following modalities: acupuncture, herbal therapy, nutritional counseling, tui na medical massage, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and/or qi gong physical therapy exercises. This is considered the most comprehensive treatment visit and is our standard of care.

Virtual Visit / Telehealth
A virtual visit includes comprehensive history intake and consultation. A personalized plan will be created, which may include lifestyle recommendations, nutritional guidance, herbal formula consultations, Qi Gong instruction, meditation support, exercise guidance, acute triage for orthopedic conditions, and adjustments to medication and/or treatment plans. Please note: Custom herbal formulas or herbal products are priced based on the type and quantity of herbs, and will be billed separately.
